We ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or Common Carrier. Sorry, we are currently not accepting orders for shipment outside of the United States and Canada . Shipping costs to Canada , Alaska and Hawaii are extra.
Payment terms?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and personal checks (products will ship once check has cleared) as forms of payment.
Product delivery time?
Most products arrive within 2-6 weeks. Custom orders may take longer to arrive. Depending on the specific product & availability, shipping times may be shorter or longer. We will do our best to provide you with an approximate shipping time at the time of your product inquiry.
Return Information:
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at 877GETFLOORS® and is completely guaranteed. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the full purchase price minus any restocking fees that may apply. Please Note: It can take up to 72 business hours for a credit to appear or 10-14 days to receive a refund check. You will be refunded via the same form of original payment.
Custom-made and clearance items are non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Shipping costs on all returns going back to 877GETFLOORS® are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that returns be sent back to our warehouse via UPS, Fed Ex Ground or any other carrier that provides tracking and insurance for its’ packages. 877GETFLOORS® will not be responsible for any returns not received and or lost by the carrier.
In order to make a return, you must:
Return your product within 15 days of receipt.
Send an email to 877GETFLOORS® with the following information: Your name, address, phone number, 877GETFLOORS® order number and reason for return.
We will promptly contact you back and authorize the return with a return authorization number.
Repackage products in the original packaging material or equivalent (do not apply tape to the products and be certain not to fold rug(s)) & send to: 877GETFLOORS®, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP. Please be sure to note the return authorization number on the package.
Once your package has been sent, please email 877GETFLOORS® with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival and inspection.
Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. No refunds will be given after 15 days.
